The identity reflects that discipline. A single geometric wordmark, a warm and confident palette, and generous space. Nothing decorative, nothing loud — quiet confidence is the entire point.

The icon distils the wordmark to its essence — the three strokes of the “E” beside a single vertical bar, the “1” of Estate One. Use it as an app icon, favicon, social avatar, or wherever the full wordmark will not fit. The bars carry the ink colour; the vertical bar always holds the accent.
Horizon lines
Each “E” is drawn as three horizontal strokes — floor plates, horizons, strata of stone. The mark is architecture reduced to line.
A single weight
Built on Jost at its thinnest weight, the wordmark holds an even, hairline rhythm across every letter — calm, exact, unhurried.
The gold E
Gold is reserved for the strokes of the E — a small, repeatable signal of value that anchors the whole system.
Clear space equals X on every side, where X is the height of the “E” module. Keep this zone free of other elements, type and edges.
Minimum sizes preserve the hairline strokes. Never reproduce the wordmark below these thresholds.
